A pályázathoz szükséges:
Ajánlatadó legalább egy kijelölt felsőfokú végzettségű szakemberrel rendelkezzen, aki:
(a) nemzetközi projektekben megszerzett legalább 3 éves projekt menedzsment referenciával és
(b) magas szintű angol nyelvtudással bír.
