K\u00d6ZOP-4.5.0-09-11-2012-0003\" included the project elements below, which were completed by the end of 2015.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Project elements:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>1, 2, North and South sections of the northern linking road \u2013 a bypass road built to relieve Weiss Manfr\u00e9d Road, which runs along the Freeport side of the H\u00c9V tracks. The constructed road is used by vehicles entering the port from the North, thus relieving Weiss Manfr\u00e9d Road.\nImplemented: November 2014 \u2013 October 2015<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3, North-South interconnecting road \u2013 a road linking the North and South areas of the Freeport, which also relieves the Weiss Manfr\u00e9d Road, as vehicle traffic in these areas could only pass through gates no. 1 and 2. After the construction of the road, this traffic takes place within the port, thus relieving Weiss Manfr\u00e9d Road.\nImplemented: November 2014 \u2013 October 2015<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4, Modernization of \u201cK\u00fcltelki\u201d and \u201cMirelit\u201d tracks \u2013 reconstruction and modernization of the main line of the railway system running through the area of the Freeport and providing railway transport into and inside the port area.\nImplemented: November 2014 \u2013 October 2015<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5, Development of a road network for the \u201cKis Ny\u00edltrakod\u00f3\u201d loading area and for the north-west corner of basin no. II \u2013 establishment of a new area next to commercial basin no. II. capable of loading the vessels; reinforcement of river walls, construction of railway tracks, pavement, access road.\nImplemented: November 2014 \u2013 October 2015<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6, Modernization of the \u201cGabonat\u00e1rh\u00e1z\u201d tracks \u2013 modernization of the tracks around the \u201cGabonat\u00e1rh\u00e1z\u201d with the construction of a new loading area for a more efficient service.\nImplemented: November 2014 \u2013 May 2015<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7, Modernization of the \u201cNy\u00edltrakod\u00f3\u201d tracks \u2013 modernization of the tracks providing service in the \u201cNy\u00edltrakod\u00f3\u201dloading area, and the modernization of the pavement.\nImplemented: May 2015 \u2013 September 2015<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8, Establishing heavy goods vehicles park no. IV. \u2013 the previously uncovered area has been covered with a concrete pavement, so heavy goods vehicles can use it more safely and efficiently.
