The aim of the project:

The REDU-CE-D project aims to improve the energy efficiency of transport modes in Central Europe by transposing the Energy Efficiency Directive (EED) into various sectors (air, urban, waterborne and rail transport) through a customized Environmental Management System (EMS). The effectiveness of the EMS packages will be tested through pilot actions carried out in four countries (Croatia, Poland, Hungary, Italy). The research and testing results will be presented at the REDU-CE-D conference. Throughout the project, training activities, awareness-raising campaigns and advocacy will support the adoption and application of the EMS packages to contribute to achieving the EU’s energy efficiency targets.
